Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Roof System Replacement Phase I

The Work consists of a new recovery roof system on roof areas A through O with exception to roof area F which shall be a total removal and replacement. The recovery roof system shall be installed over the existing modified bitumen roof system after removal of identified areas of wet insulation. The recovery system consists of a new 60 mil fully adhered TPO single ply membrane roof system including a high density fully adhered recovery board, new metal detailing and associated accessories. Roof area F shall be a total removal and replacement with a new base sheet installed over the concrete roof deck, new insulations as specified and new fully adhered 60 Mil TPO membrane. The total roof area included in Phase One of this project is approximately 50,570 square feet. Membrane manufacturers supplied pre-manufactured ANSI/SPRI ES-1 compliant metal edge components will be required on this project. The building will remain occupied during construction and temporary protective measures will be required. The Project is located at 4201 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23294.
