The Contractor shall provide all labor equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision, and all else necessary to perform all aspect for the removal and disposal of one (1) domestic water storage tank and all piping attached to the tank that will not be used for the new boiler package, the delivery and installation of one (1) Patterson-Kelley model #SCD750 “SONIC®” series (brand name only) fully condensing hot water boiler package to include connections to existing domestic water line, gas supply line, and power supply. Installation of one (1) 100 psi ASME safety valve, one (1) tank temperature sensor, one (1) 1HP Bell & Gossett E90 (brand name only), lead free circulating pump. Delivery and installation of one (1) Niles Storage Tank JS-48-096 (brand name only), 675 gallon, glass lined, ASME 125 psi, insulated and jacketed. Installation of one (1) CAT IV stainless steel flue pipe. Installation of new 3” copper headers between new storage tank and water supply line to the wash rack. Installation of one (1) 3” brass ball valve on influent of boiler and one (1) 3” brass ball valve on the tank effluent. Installation of one (1) 3” by-pass line with (1) 3” butterfly valve. Installation of one (1) Emergency stop button for the new boiler. Installation of one (1) 4” RPZ backflow device with flange on the incoming domestic water supply line with a strainer. Perform all necessary electrical work to connect the new boiler package and new circulating pump to the existing power supply and disconnect switches. Repair damaged 4” incoming water supply with Type K hard copper domestic piping and fittings. The work covered by this SOW requires the Contractor to provide a turnkey solution. The installation shall be per the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The Contractor shall adhere to the most current Building Codes, Regulations, Guidelines, and Industry Standards in the performance of this project. Factory startup and owner training of the equipment to be provided by McCook Boiler & Pump.
