Description

Due to budget constraints the entire replacement/upgrade will be completed in several phases based on a complete survey, potholing, and the establishment of a comprehensive plan. The scope of this project will include the replacement and upgrade of some of the most critical and failing components of the core underground infrastructure. Project scope includes but not limited to the replacement and upgrade of ~6,000 LF of original domestic and fire suppression water service mains and valves, ~1,600LF of looped HVAC chilled water piping and associated valves; and ~3,000 LF of original sanitary sewer lines, and gas lines.
