Description | Landmark Construction has been selected to deliver this Lease-Leaseback Project, Tennyson High School Modernization Increment 1 for our valued customer, Hayward Unified School District. This project requires a Skilled and Trained Workforce and compliance with the District Project Labor Agreement. The scope of this Increment includes Modernization of Buildings E & F classrooms/restrooms, selective demolition, new finishes, new light-ing/fixtures, HVAC replacement, new plumbing fixtures/bottle fillers and ADA upgrades. Construction is anticipated to begin late November 2022 with completion by March 2023. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors that will perform work under the following license classifications must be prequalified in accordance with District and Landmark requirements: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 ("MEP Subcontractors") to perform work on the Project. Project Labor Agreement. All Contractors awarded Projects pursuant to this RFQ/P will be required to comply with all the requirements in the Project Stabilization Agreement between the District and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Alameda County, a copy of which is included with the bid documents. DVBEs are encouraged to provide proposals. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. A sample copy of Landmark's subcontract agreement has been provided for your review. Any proposed changes to these documents must be included with your proposal at the time of bid. Successful bidders must execute Landmark's standard subcontract agreement. |
