Description

Project will begin approximately 500 ft West of C.R. 83-B(Overman Rd) intersection on C.R. 16-A(Petersburg Rd) and proceed east past Overman Rd on Petersburg Rd for 940 ft., addition approximately 325 ft of Overman Rd (C.R. 83-B) will be reconstructed to meet FHWA/ODOT site distance standards when reconstruction is complete the intersection and road reconstruction will meet 55 MPH design standards. In addition; C.R. 83-B (Overman Rd) will be widened using ODOT Item 209 (Linear Grading) 3 ft. widening on each side of the roadway and 6-inch avg. depth. The 6-inch-deep widened area will be filled with 6 inches of Item 301 Asphalt Concrete Base, then compacted with rollers. Then item 441 intermediate and surface courses will be applied in two separate, 1-inch average thickness at an average width of 20 feet.
