Description

Generally consists of all materials and labor to provide the: 1. Removal of approx. 30 sq/ft of concrete slab along building front and excavate to approx. 4' deep to expose (4) 6" DIA. PVC conduits and one iron pipe that penetrate the foundation wall to the inside. 2. Provide and install bentonite tape around penetration perimeters to plug from water infiltration. Back-fill with clean gravel to 12" of grade. Install EPDM waterproof membrane liner, and river rock to grade. Rake and re-point 3' h. brick knee-wall above area of work only. Add lead joint cap flashing at knee-wall stone cap joints. 3. Replace the below grade (4-courses) of damaged brick.
