Skyline Elementary Renovations Rebid

The Owner, Elkhorn Board of Education, 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022 will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including the General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the construction of Elkhorn Public Schools, Skyline Elementary Renovations If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. It is anticipated that all work with be completed over the next two summer breaks; Summer 2022 and Summer 2023.
