| Description | Masonry Foundation Repair at Virginia Kendall: Masonry Repairs at Ledges Shelter - This project consists of excavating three sides of the foundation, cleaning, patching and installing a waterproofing membrane. Installation of a complete footer, Storm drainage system. Cleaning and installing a waterproof sealer on the inside of the foundation. Remove two 2,000 gal underground storage tanks and patching the foundation where tanks are protruding to the basement. Re-point three chimneys and all sandstone on the shelter floor: contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the excavating of three sides of the foundation, cleaning, patching and installing a waterproofing membrane.
