Replace AC System in the Old Courthouse

Replace existing Trane 15-ton split AC system with a new Trane Unit for the 2nd floor of the Old Courthouse: 1. Disconnect any energy source including power and lock-out. 2. Pump down and remove existing 15-ton condenser. 3. Disconnect and remove existing Air Handler Unit (AHU) in the attic. 4. Disconnect and remove all existing electrical wiring, control wiring, refrigerant lines, drain lines and duct work in the attic. 5. Set new AHU in back room in up-flow configuration. 6. Remove and Replace all existing ductwork. 7. Restore all existing connections. 8. Install new condenser in the location of removed existing condenser. 9. Run, verify and balance proper operation of system. 10. Clean Work Area
