Description CBE Goal: 25% Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the the construction and addition of improvements to the automatic remote meter reading system at various wastewater, leachate, and reuse master billing meters within the Broward County Service Area for Water and Wastewater Services. Additionally, the following components are to be upgraded and enhanced as part of this project; an increase in the consistency of the remote and local readings, enhanced wireless security, additional remote diagnostics capabilities and lower maintenance requirements. The Work includes all associated structural, process mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems and miscellaneous civil and site work, and all appurtenant Work and required permits, complete, tested and ready for operation, all in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work includes the following:
