| Description | Safely remove and legally dispose of the existing roof system. Any wet or deteriorated insulation will be removed and replaced to match existing. Provide and loose lay a layer of 1/4 inch DensDeck (primed) coverboard over the existing roof system. Provide and install Seaman Corporations 45mil FiberTite membrane utilizing the Qorbo Quadrovent attachment system. Install and adhere new membrane over all walls. Provide and install new FiberClad edge metal where required. Provide new inserts for all roof drains. All details need to be completed to the manufacturers specifications and inspected by a FiberTite technician upon completion to ensure 20-year labor and materials warranty is provided. Provide an alternate bid to cover all existing skylights with same materials noted for roofing. Provide an alternate bid to install new Apollo Solar Light Tubes in place of existing skylights. |
