Description

Re-roofing, replacement/addition of equipment curbs. Replacement of HVAC equipment including AHUs, EFS, supply fans and extension of ductwork, replacement of associated controls and electrical home runs, electrical disconnect, VFD, etc. Fix/repair of existing covered walkways. Electrical improvements including, but not limited to, covered walkway lighting, building mounted lighting and addition of exit signs/lighting. Provide new branch circuits including new OCPD to selected equipment and lighting.
