Tremont Site Building Demolition

The Project consists of the complete demolition of buildings, site elements, and utilities. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Sitework 1) The removal of site items as as noted on Drawings and in Specifications. 2) The removal and rework of existing utilities. 3) Backfill and leveling of final site. b. Building Structure 1) Concrete footings, masonry and concrete foundation walls, concrete slabs on grade, masonry bearing walls, steel framing, precast concrete plank/concrete topping floor systems, composite steel/concrete floor systems, steel bar joist/deck and precast concrete plank roof systems, composite steel/concrete roof systems, insulated steel stud exterior bearing wall systems, and miscellaneous metal items including stairs, railings. c. Mechanical Systems 1) The removal of all HVAC, Plumbing, and other mechanical systems and equipment associated with the buildings to be removed. 2) New or extension of existing items as noted on Drawings and in Specifications. 3. Electrical Systems 1) The removal of all Panels, feeders, fixtures and other electrical systems and equipment associated with the buildings to be removed 2) New or extension of existing items as noted on Drawings and in Specifications E Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
