Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 13,493 LF of 18" to 8" water, 8,362 LF of 12"-8" sanitary sewer, and 7,289 LF of 6' x 5' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer to serve 224 lots on approximately 70 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Main St. and Liberty Rd. in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
