Grove Street Culvert Replacement

The proposed Project may include but is not necessarily limited to: Removal of the existing concrete box culvert structure which includes existing headwalls and wingwalls, and replacement with a new precast concrete arch structure with attached headwalls and wingwalls, channel work, utility relocations and other highway related items. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be between $700,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 with an expected duration of 120 days. The City reserves the right to reject any bids submitted and to waive any informality.
