Street Maintenance Year 2

Bids are invited for street rehabilitation for various streets throughout the City. The tasks will include spot base repair, edge of pavement repair, pavement markings, manhole/valve adjustments, grading, applying surface treatment and hot mix asphalt. Streets included in this project are as follows: One Course Surface Treatment (OCST): 13th St from Hwy 173 (Sycamore St) to Hwy 16 (Cypress St) Cedar St from 3rd St to 6th St Hackberry St from 12th St to 14th St Hackberry St from 4th St to 11th St Mulberry St from 14th St to Bandera Blvd Montague Dr. from Main St to Galveston St Add Alt No. 1: 13th St from Cherry St to Hackberry St Add Alt No. 2: 13th St from Hackberry St to Hwy 16 (Cypress St) HMA TY D (1.5 INCH): 11th St from Hwy 16 (Cypress St) to Pecan St BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 90 consecutive calendar days there after. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $ 200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in the General Conditions.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
