Description

1. Demolition and removal from premises existing suspended ceilings and lighting fixtures, partition walls, etc. As necessary. 2. Installing new efficiency lighting system. 3. Installation of new finished wall surfaces. 4. Installation of new flooring as necessary. 5. Installation of new woodworking equipment. 6. Installation of new woodworking benches, chairs, lockers and lumber storage racks. 7. Installation of new egress doors with ADA compliant hardware. 8. Installation of required fire/life safety devices. 9. Installation of intercom system. 10. Installation of sound/PA system equipment. 11. Install new shop dust collection, exhaust, and make-up air systems per current fire code requirements. 12. Installation of paint flammable storage cabinets per current fire code requirements. 13. Install plumbing water supply, waste drain and for shop sink systems per current building code requirements. 14. Installation of required electrical outlets, disconnects switches, sub-panels, circuit breakers, and associated wiring for new shop equipment per NFPA 70 electrical code. 15. Install HVAC system. 16. Testing, commissioning, and certification of all installed equipment and systems.
