Exchange Park Sewer Upgrade Project

The location of the work is: between intersection of 500 North and 600 West and Exchange Park (approximately 601 Columbia Lane), Provo Utah. Work primarily consists of all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct approximately 4,170 linear feet of 8 to 27-inch sewer lines including 18 manholes, 70 lateral reconnections, 13 trench dikes, fittings, dewatering, etc. and other improvements. Construction of the Provo City Exchange Park Sewer Upgrade generally includes traffic control, locating existing utilities, potholing, protecting existing utilities, excavating/trenching, necessary shoring, dewatering, removing existing pipe, providing sewer flow during construction of upgraded line, installing sewer pipe and manholes, reconnecting existing sewer laterals, backfilling, grading, replacing asphalt, replacing of landscaping in the Exchange park, and other required items.
