FY 21/22 Capital Improvement Project - Sidewalks

The Project shall generally consist of the following improvements: • Base Bid-E. Bonnett St.: installation of approximately 3,100 s.f. of 4” thick 4,000 psi 5’ wide concrete sidewalk with approximately 20 l.f. of concrete curb & gutter, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps and incidental work between the intersection of S. Wrightsville Ave./E. Bonnett St and S. Virginia Dare Trail/ E. Bonnett St. • Base Bid-W. Barnes St.: installation of approximately 1,400 s.f. of 4” thick 4,000 psi 5’ wide concrete sidewalk with approximately 130 l.f. of concrete curb/curb & gutter, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps and incidental work between the intersection of S. Meekins Ave./W. Barnes St and S. Croatan Hwy./ W. Barnes St. • Add Alternate #1: S. Seachase Dr.: installation of approximately 6,550 s.f. of 4” thick 4,000 psi 5’ wide concrete sidewalk with approximately 400 l.f. of concrete curb/curb & gutter, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps and incidental work between the intersection of Nags Head Golf Links main entrance/S. Seachase Dr. and S. Croatan Hwy./ S. Seachase Dr.
