HVAC & DDC Systems Maintenance and Controls Support Services

The City of Fall River, in coordination with the Fall River Public School invites sealed bids to Furnish HVAC & DDC Systems Maintenance and Controls Support Services at 14 Locations in accordance with specifications herewith. Estimated project cost: $840,000. Solicitation packages will be available electronically by e-mail request only at: purchasing@fallriverma.org beginning Friday, October 28, 2022. Envelopes must be clearly marked: BID IFB #23-02 All bids must include 6 copies, 1 original. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of the total bid amount, in the form of cash, bid bond, or bank check payable to the City of Fall River. The contractor shall hold and provide D.C.A.M. Certificates of Eligibility in the following category: HVAC and Energy Management Systems. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44 A-J and Prevailing Wage as required by M.G.L. c.149 s26 to 27D inclusive. The bidder is responsible for site visitation (prior to bid submission) to determine the exact number of components and to acquaint himself with any and all conditions at the site and to identify, inspect and to inventory the equipment. The Fall River School Committee intends to award a contract to the lowest overall responsive and responsible bidder within 30 days of the bid opening.
