East Lake Community Center Renovations

The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: This project consists of select demolition of an existing YFD facility and salvaging the gymnasium attached, repurposing that existing gymnasium into the new YFD facility by subdividing it into offices, bathrooms, a large multipurpose room, and various smaller rooms, and construction a new prefabricated metal building to serve as the new gymnasium
