Description | The scope of work for the BTU Administration Building will be for the following trades and will include but not limited to: CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE, POLISHED CONCRETE FINISHING, CAVITY WALL UNIT MASONRY, STONE MASONRY VENEER, COLD FORMED METAL FRAMING, METAL FABRICATIONS, DECORATIVE METAL RAILINGS, ROUGH CARPENTRY, FINISH CARPENTRY AND MILLWORK, ARCHITECTURAL WOOD CASEWORK, THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION, THERMAL INSULATION, VAPOR RETARDING, ABOVE GRADE, METAL WALL AND ROOF PANELS, ALUMINUM SIDING, POLYVINYL-CHLORIDE ROOFING, SHEET METAL FLASHING AND TRIM, JOINT SEALANTS, EXPANSION CONTROL, HOLLOW METAL DOORS AND FRAMES, PLAM WOOD DOORS, INTERIOR POCKET DOORS, OVERHEAD COILING DOORS, ALUMINUM-FRAMED STOREFRONTS, FIBERGLASS-SANDWICH-PANEL ASSEMBLIES, FINISH HARDWARE, GLAZING, PRE-FINISHED ALUMINUM LOUVERS, GYPSUM WALLBOARD SYSTEMS, ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS, RESINOUS MATRIX TERRAZZO FLOORING, PAINTING AND STAINING, MISCELLANEOUS SPECIALTIES, GRAPHICS, WALL, CORNER, AND DOOR PROTECTION, TOILET PARTITIONS AND ACCESSORIES, FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND CABINETS, ALUMINUM CANOPIES, WINDOW SHADES, HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS, PNEUMATIC TUBE SYSTEM, DATA CABLING, PULL BOXES AND ENCLOSURES FOR FIBER AND LOW VOLTAGE COPPER, SECURITY CAMERAS, TERMITE CONTROL, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, CHAIN LINK FENCES AND GATES, DECORATIVE METAL FENCES AND GATES, INTERLOCKING PRECAST CONRETE UNIT PAVERS, LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, and other related trades.
