To have the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove an existing underground heating oil storage at the Smith Smokehouse Tavern at 12900 Jarrettsville Pike, Phoenix, MD 21131 located within Gunpowder Falls State Park in Baltimore County. We strongly suggest attending the pre-bid meeting. The job completion time is 60 days and $150 per day for liquidated damages.
