| Description | Chiller and Tower Replacement L4500 - Silverbell Heliport, located at Silverbell Army Heliport 24641 East Pinal Airpark Road, Marana, AZ, 85653, Bldg L4500 Existing Chiller and cooling tower will be demolished and disposed of New cooling tower that meets performance standards specified herein will be furnished and installed. The new system will be tested and tuned for peak operating efficiency. Contractor shall provide a complete firm fixed price to provide all necessary materials, services, delivery labor, and equipment to perform the installation of the chiller and cooling tower. Complete installation and construction requirements are specified and outlined in this Summary of Work. |
