| Description | The Little Rock School District invites your proposal to provide GREASE TRAP SERVICING for Little Rock School District facilities on an "as needed" basis Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Contractors Licensing Board. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offerer whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in this Invitation for Bids as determined by the Director of Procurement and Materials Management. |
