Description	Architect/Engineer (A/E) Design Services to repair foundation walls which have been noted in the FCA assessment with D and F condition codes. This has resulted in water infiltration and efflorescence inside clinical and administrative rooms within the basements of many buildings. This project requires repair to the foundation walls but also a drainage system to ensure longevity of the buildings. This would apply to a minimum of 15 buildings and a basement GSF of 173,280 SF.
