Description

The project includes, but is not limited to: construction of new roadways (Ridgelys Run Road and Chase Ridge Road) from US Route 1 to Station 20+70, including curb and gutter, asphalt path, concrete sidewalk, storm drain, stormwater management facilities (underground quantity facility, bio-swales, check dams, grass swales and micro-bioretention), landscaping, signing and pavement markings; construction of full depth pavement widening and resurfacing along southbound US Route 1, including new asphalt path, concrete curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, storm drain, stormwater management bio-swales and grass swales, and maintenance of traffic; installation of conduit and appurtenances for electric, lighting, telecom and fiber optic lines; construction of approximately 1,098 feet of 16-inch water main, 1,228 feet of 8-inch water main, 183 feet of 8-inch sewer, 6 fire hydrants, 2 sewer manholes, and miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental items of work.
