Description

Solar Photovoltaic installations on City facilities and is seeking to reduce energy costs associated with the sites while pursuing the City’s sustainability goals of increasing renewable energy source reliance. The City is looking to partner with qualified providers with the necessary resources and experience to design, fabricate, deliver, install, operate, finance, and maintain Solar Photovoltaic Electric Generating Systems. The first project for this RFP is for solar awnings at Building 14, located in the Public Works Compound. The intent at Building 14 is to install photovoltaic panels in conjunction with up to three (3) new parking (attached or freestanding -per sq. ft) awning/carport structures. See Exhibit “A” for pictures of this location.
