| Description | The Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority is requesting Janitorial Services for the purpose of keeping its premises properly cleaned. Bidders must be independent contractors and will not be within protection or coverage of MTA's Worker's Compensation Insurance, and no withholding of Social Security, Federal, or State Income Tax. You must be Licensed and Bonded, provide a Certificate of Workman's Compensation, and W-9 documents. Bidders must provide own equipment. The terms shall be for two years (2) from the date of when services are scheduled to begin. Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority or Janitorial Company shall give written notice of termination at least thirty days (30) per non-performance. All bidders must be prepared to provide two estimates: A. Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority providing supplies B. Janitorial company providing supplies.
