On-Call Insulation Contractor Services Set-Aside Program

Previous project relevant work history must be submitted demonstrating the range of work listed below. Limiting it to a small selection that does not show the desired diversification required can affect a Company’s prequalification into the program. The Insulation Contractor shall have the ability and experience to self-perform: 1. Installation of commonly used insulation materials, including but not limited to fiberglass, mineral wool, cellulose, natural fibers, polystyrene, polyisocyanurate, polyurethane, vermiculite and perlite, urea-formaldehyde foam; cementitious foam, phenolic foam and insulation facings 2. Installation of customized reusable insulation blankets 3. Insulation on large vessels 4. Installation of firestopping materials to meet code requirements 5. Insulation on Exhausts, Ducts, and Specialized Systems 6. Insulation on high pressure feed water piping from 200psi to 800psi 7. Insulation on chilled water, steam, cooling water, and feed water piping applications from 1” to 30” 8. Insulation on Hot and Cold Potable Water Piping 9. Application of sound control measures ? Application of Spray Foam insulation
