Design-Build Services for Moultrie Trails Area Drainage Improvements

Design-Build services consisting of professional engineering and contractor services to complete the design, permitting, and construction for replacement/renewal/rehabilitation of approximately five hundred twenty-seven linear feet (527 LF) of aging 60” diameter Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) with Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) or alternative material/method with similar lifespan such as but not limited to cured in place pipe, sliplining, etc. The existing pipe receives stormwater flow from US-1 and other adjacent areas located in South St. Augustine Shores, Florida. The drainage outfall pipe conveys stormwater through the Moultrie Trails subdivision. design and construction of a replacement for a failing drainage outfall pipe in the Moultrie Trails Area.
