Local Small Business Enterprises Participation: 20% Work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing sand, gravel and drainage tile; minor shaping to the edges, faces, and bottoms as needed; flushing and verification that drainage outfalls are working properly; installation of new drainage to properly drain bunkers; and the installation of a gravel layer, spray-on Better Billy Bunker liner, and sand per Better Billy Bunker specifications. Sod may be needed to replenish damaged areas from the renovations
