| Description | The Project consists of removal and replacement of two existing insulated modified bitumen roof sections to the deck. Five additional sections will be recovered without removal of the existing roof. The replacement roofs will consist of a self-adhered vapor barrier, polyisocyanurate insulation system, an adhered 90 mil EPDM roof membrane and associated flashing components. The recover sections will be recovered with fleece-back 90 mil EPDM. The approximate size of the project is 7,900 SF for the replacement, 24,500 SF for the recover. |
