Description

The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities, is soliciting bids from pre-qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the MD 851 - Main Street Water and Sewer Main Improvements project. The project site is located in Sykesville, Maryland and the primary scope of work is on MD 851- Main Street. Additional work will be performed on Baldwin Drive, Sandosky Road, Oklahoma Avenue, Church Street, and Wilson Avenue. This project is being coordinated with the Bureau of Utilities' MD 851 - Springfield Avenue Water and Sewer Main Improvements project.
