Description | Enid Public Schools ("Owner") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (contractors) to replace the video/scoreboard and sound system at Selby Stadium located at 801 W. Iowa, Enid OK. The purpose of this RFP is to replace the video/scoreboard at D Bruce Selby Stadium. By providing One (1) 10mm single-faced LED display/scoreboard, control room equipment, scoreboard software, stadium audio system, training, installation and warranty as specified. Basis of design is the Score Vision W2613. The system must have dedicated HDMI and SDI video input and be able to take a live video feed from the District's VMix Video System. Bottom of the display is to be 10 feet above grade. Other manufacturers must meet all product specifications below. All products on structure must appears as one unit, with no gaps between products. Vendor will do any fabrications that is needed to cover/replace coverings on the sign structure. Control room will be in the press box. The stadium audio is to be placed at the board with the control equipment in the North Press box. A junction box is required at the 50-yard line on both sides of the Stadium with 4 Mic feeds to the press box and 2 returns from the press box. A Q-SYS Integrated System Platform is preferred. Any non-Q-SYS Integrated System Platform should be comparable in specifications. Please make junction box big enough to add a 4-gang power receptacle at each location. Box should be able to be closed with added cables accessible via access holes on bottom of box. The box should be keyed with the ability of the district to change the cylinder. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the final time set for receipt of bids, as well as bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Contractor shall identify their Proposal on the outside of a sealed envelope by writing the name of the project and the name of the Proposer. No oral, telephone or telegraphic proposals will be considered. No site visitation will be allowed without prior approval of the Owner and at a time designated by the Owner. All Contractors for the above listed work shall prepare and submit to the School District, Pre- Qualification Statement, A.I.A. Document A-305, showing evidence that the Contractor has successfully completed work in projects of similar size and scope. Contractor's Pre-Qualification Statement and Questionnaire for Proposed Work for Enid Independent School District, shall list past projects, owners, architects and engineers with contact persons and telephone numbers. Business Relationships Affidavit; Non Collusion Affidavit and Cashiers Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of five per-cent (5%) of the gross amount of the base bid as a guaranty shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The Enid Board of Education District No. 57 reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to submit statutory Payment, Performance and Defect Bonds, proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance, as well as a statutory affidavit certifying that no convicted felons, violent or sex offenders are employed by the firm, prior to commencing work on the project. For purposes of your bid, do not include any local or state sales tax. Board of Education will appoint the successful bidder its agent for purpose of receiving tax exempt status on purchase of materials for this Contract only.
