The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in General Building Construction work. This work will also require DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidders certified in the following categories: Plumbing and Electrical. The Awarded Bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City. *The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or accept other than the lowest priced bid if the City determines that it is in the best interests of the City.
