Harmony School Of Fine Arts & Technology Exterior Wall Remediation

The project scope of work is to remediate from the foundation up 12 inches along the entire exterior perimeter of the building (approximately 926 linear feet). Stucco demolition and remedial damproofing shall occur in 50-foot sections. Each 50- foot section shall be demolished, weather barrier repaired, and base wall flashing shall be installed prior to moving to the next 50-foot section. Stucco shall be reinstalled with a weep screed one full wall width at a time. Refer to the attached drawings for proper remediation recommendations. For the identified curtainwall windows, 12 inches of stucco shall be removed at the jambs and head of each curtain wall section. Refer to the attached drawings for locations and remediation recommendations. Remove existing and install new urethane sealant between the existing paving and the building foundation. Install new ADA compliant threshold at Stair 119. Existing interior and exterior sheathing on exterior wall at Stair 11 shall be properly sealed, insulated, patched, repaired, and painted. Construction noise shall only occur before and after school is in session.
