Greenhouse Repair

Replacement of polycarbonate and Lexan covering on three green houses. 1. Lexanhouse- Remove existing trim pieces as necessary, existing polycarbonate, install approximately 72 pieces of new polycarbonate covering and replace trim pieces and any other items that were removed. This will be the roof and four sides of house. Note: exhaust vents penetrate wall 2. Potting room- Remove shade cloth, trim pieces as necessary and 4 pieces of existing polycarbonate covering, replace with 4 pieces of new polycarbonate covering and replace trim and any other items were removed. This will be the roof only. Note: exhaust vent penetrates roof 3. Glasshouse- Remove shade cloth as necessary, prep surface, cut to fit and install 6 pieces of 24” x 24” x 1/8”, one 27½” x 24½” x 1/8 clear Lexan using caulk or approved equal and replace shade cloth. This will be the roof and one end wall. 4. Supply all new fasteners and closure strips on Lexan and Potting Room. 5. Supply all labor and equipment to unload materials. Storage onsite 6. Supply all labor, equipment and materials to remove old polycarbonate and install new polycarbonate pieces. 7. Clean jobsite of litter and waste upon completion. 8. Bid shall include any other material, labor and equipment to complete the replacement and installation.
