The Virginia Employment Commission seeks to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified vendor capable of providing complete and comprehensive on-site janitorial services at the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) Office located at 106 N. Maple Avenue, Covington, VA 24426. Services shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, General Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, The Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual and the Vendors Manual, and all other Exhibits contained within this solicitation. |
