Description

Scope of Work: 1. Design and install a chlorination system to meet increased feed rate requirements based on site visits and customer provided data. Based on 50PSI inlet and 20 PSI back pressure, the system we are proposing will operate two (2) 2” injectors and chlorinators to feed 2,300 PPD. 2. Installation of temporary system during install as needed. Removal of existing injectors pipe valves and fittings. Installation of above equipment, all SCH80 PVC pipe, valves, and fittings with bypass around booster pumps. New PVC gas line to existing 4 (1) ton cylinders and 4 proposed new 1-ton cylinders through trench to gas line manifold. New gas line in chlorinator room to all new proposed feeders, injectors (new and existing) along with the V10K’s that are replacing the two feeders to tank one and two. Booster pump installation drawing (for electrical install) upon request after receipt of PO.
