UNT HSC Bioskills Lab Renovation

This project is for the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Research and Education Building, 1055 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107, and includes a two phased renovation on the 2nd floor to provide a larger lab facility. The project is an expansion of already existing bioskills labs, locker rooms, and classroom space for the UNTHSC Anatomy and Physiology programs and will include demolition of old lab space and renovatio n to create one large labthat will connect to an already renovated lab. The project is to be completed in two phases as provided in the Plans and Specification provided by Hahnfeld Hoffer and Stanford. Pricing will be expected for both phases. Phase Two is contingent upon funding of the Phase.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
