| Description | The main features of work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Remove and replace existing dry-pipe sprinkler system in its entirety with a dry-pipe sprinkler system utilizing schedule 40 galvanized piping as indicated on the contract documents. Remove and replace existing electric driven fire pump, fire pump controller and associated equipment as indicated on contract documents. Provide new electrical feeders for new electric driven fire pump and associated fire alarm connections as indicated on the contract documents. Remove and replace existing sump pump located in fire pump room, and connect to existing underground drain piping as indicated on the contract documents. |
