Water Filtration Plant Boiler and Controls Replacement and Wastewater Treatment Plant HVAC Replacement

Remove and replace one (1) indoor air handling unit and one (1) roof-mounted air-cooled condensing unit and provide and install one (1) indoor air handling replacement unit and one (1) roof-mounted replacement air-cooled condensing unit, including temperature controls; Remove five (5) existing rooftop makeup air units and provide and install five (5) replacement rooftop makeup air units, including temperature controls; and Disconnect existing temperature controls from equipment scheduled to be replaced and reconnect temperature controls to new equipment. Remove nine (9) existing hot water control valve actuators and provide and install nine (9) replacement hot water valve actuators; Test and document performance of two (2) hot water valve actuators; Remove two (2) existing chilled water pumps and provide and install two (2) replacement chilled water system pumps; Provide and install two (2) variable frequency drives to serve new chilled water pumps; Remove two (2) existing hot water heating system pumps and provide and install two (2) replacement hot water heating system pumps; Remove three (3) existing hot water heating boilers and provide and install three (3) replacement hot water heating boilers; and Remove existing temperature control system and replace with new web-based, non-proprietary DDC system (includes all existing HVAC equipment and replaced HVAC equipment within the Water Filtration Plant.
