| Description | This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only. Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. Contract Limit: $2,000,000.00 I will substantially complete the Work, ready for final payment, in accordance with the Contract Documents within 365 consecutive calendar days counting from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The Work covers the repairs to and/or installation of any type of general construction that exists in various City facilities on an as-needed basis. See section 018813, “General Construction Requirements,” for additional information. Technical specifications will be provided on a per-project basis. The Work selected by the City for performance under this contract will be of an emergency or time-sensitive nature. All work performed under this contract must be executed expeditiously. |
