Description

Repurpose four existing racquetball courts for use as four teaching labs. Two ceiling mounted folding partition walls will allow the four labs to be converted to two larger rooms. Two non-bearing masonry walls and raised wooden court floors will be removed to create the larger spaces. Improvements will include ne whard rubber floors, doors, acoustic tile ceiling, LED lighting, wall paint, mechanical and electrical upgrades.
