2023 Painted Roadway Traffic Markings

The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide 2023 Painted Roadway Traffic Markings (IFB #23-0030) services on various streets in West Springfield, MA as part of its yearly roadway maintenance program. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield A Payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish workmen's compensation insurance and public liability insurance. The reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield.
