Description

LDF CHA LIHTC I project for rehabilitation of 24 single-family homes which includes Fifteen ranch homes and nine split levels. These existing three bedroom homes will have a bedroom and bath addition to be updated to four bedroom homes. Two of the Homes will be modified to be accessible and five ad-ditional homes will be universal per WHEDA standards, totaling 27,458 rehabilitated and 5,982 new construction.
