| Description | For the construction of improvements to portions of County Road: a. Portersville Road, Boone Township - HMA Wedge/Level and Overlay b. Town of Portersville, Boone Township - HMA Overlay Construction will be by separate contract between the Owner and a general contractor with subcontractors to be the full responsibility of the general contractor. Contracts will be approved, and funds provided for all contracted work by the Owner. Each bid is to be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. The Entire Bid Package Submittal will be placed in a sealed envelope. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in such bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. |
