Hartman Sports Complex - 23882 - City of Aztec

The Hartman Sports Complex improvements will include: improvements to playground to current safety standards, surface improvements to parking lot including paving, gutter, sidewalks and storm drainage, construction of new concession stand and restroom facilities, replace and expand sports field lighting. All improvements will occur on City owned property. In accordance with the State of New Mexico Procurement Code, a RFP will be issued for design and construction management and formal bid will be issued for construction. As of April 27, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
