Ansin Sports Complex - Phase IV

Scope of Work: This Project includes the construction of various improvements within the Ansin Sports Complex located at 10801 Miramar Boulevard, including but not limited to: 1. A new 400 -meter track with track and field amenities; 2. A new paved roadway along the east and north side of the park to connect to the existing parking lot ; 3. Demolition and re -construction of perimeter fencing, columns and gate along with other existing improvements to accommodate the new driveway connection at the entrance of the park. 4. Other associated drainage and lighting improvements. This project further includes, and is not limited to providing some or all of the following Services: 1. Prepare topographic survey; 2. Design plans; 3. Technical specifications; 4. Schedules; 5. Cost estimates; 6. Obtaining all necessary approvals and permits; and 7. Providing bidding assistance and construction engineering services for the Project.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
